My Approach
My therapeutic approach is intuitive, flexible, and client-led, creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and mindfulness techniques to empower clients in overcoming challenges. I specialize in working with children (5+), teens, and adults with mood disorders, as well as LGBTQI+ adolescents and young adults, and those navigating trauma and grief. With a balance of empathy, direct guidance, and practical tools, I help clients build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in their ability to create meaningful change.
